Fitment & Compatibility
Will the Enduro fit my trailer?
The Enduro fits many trailer configurations, but compatibility depends on your chassis, available space and clearances. The supplied adapter plates are designed for compatible box-section and I-profile chassis. Check the Fitting & Measurement Guide before ordering.
- Minimum chassis ground clearance: 165 mm.
- The installed mover reduces ground clearance by approximately 50 mm.
- Minimum distance from the inside of the tire to the outside of the chassis: 85 mm.

Will the Enduro fit a twin-axle trailer?
The Enduro is suitable for single-axle trailers and many twin-axle configurations. Twin-axle installations require a four-motor system, with one motor at each tire. Check your trailer dimensions and system requirements before ordering.
Where should the mover be installed?
Installation in front of the axle is generally preferred. Installation behind the axle may also be possible, depending on available space and obstructions. Refer to the
fitting guide or consult an installer.
How much space is needed around the tires?
Allow approximately 16 inches of clearance in front of or behind the tire for installation, as shown in the fitting guide. Steps, wastewater outlets and other components may need to be repositioned or modified. Confirm the measurements on your trailer before installation.
Can the Enduro be fitted if my trailer has shock absorbers?
Yes, provided there is sufficient space for the motors, mounting plates and moving components. Check for obstructions using the fitting guide.

What battery does the Enduro require?
The Enduro operates from a 12 V DC leisure battery. The battery must be suitable for the system’s current demand and in good condition. Consult the user manual and battery manufacturer’s guidance.
Is the Enduro compatible with lithium batteries?
Yes, the Enduro is compatible with lithium batteries. Ensure your battery and electrical installation are suitable for the mover.

How do I identify which electronics system I have?
What should I check if my Enduro won’t operate?
Check the following:
- Ensure the isolation switch is on.
- Check the remote batteries.
- Confirm the trailer battery is sufficiently charged.
- Check the battery and control-unit cable connections.
- Keep the remote within approximately 5 meters of the control unit.
If the mover still doesn’t operate, consult the troubleshooting table or user manual.
What do the electronics error codes mean?
Why are the rollers slipping against the tires?
Check that roller-to-tire clearance is approximately 20 mm when fully disengaged, and check tire pressure against the trailer manufacturer’s recommendations. Refer to the fitting guide and user manual.

What maintenance does the Enduro require?
Regularly:
- Keep the rollers free of dirt and debris.
- Inspect mounting bolts, nuts, cables and electrical connections.
- Check roller disengagement and clearance.

- Maintain the leisure battery during periods of inactivity.

Where can I find the serial numbers?
There is a serial number on each motor assembly. You will need both motor serial numbers for product registration.

What is the warranty period?
